Director's Message

Cee Bee was established by Mr. Cecil Burton (Director) in 1998 in Fukuoka, as an English Language School & in 2008 we  started our Bilingual Special Needs Education, Therapy, Training, & Learning & Support Center. In 2014 we moved our base of operations to Osaka & we were the first to set a bilingual special education support and therapy center in the Kansai region of Japan.

Cee Bee Center offers a wide range of services & therapies under one roof. We aim to work in close contact with & collaborate with parents, teachers and caregivers & other professional so as to address the needs of the children that we support.

MY APPROACH!!  THINK! PLAN! & ACT! DIFFERENTLY

I am a dedicated & committed professional, whose sole aim is to provide for the physical, emotional, developmental, & social needs of your special needs child, so as to provide hope & the prospect of a a better & brighter future for your child.

Our team endeavors & hopes to work more closely with the family, guardians, teachers & other professionals involved in your child's well being. We work in our comfortable & safe Center environment set-up specifically for education & therapy purposes but we also provide education & therapy services at your home if required.

Rather than only diagnosis your child, the important point is that if the child is struggling with either physical, mental, motor, sensory, social, communication, eductional, or emotional challenges which are affecting their ability to succeed in learning & performing necessary activities of daily life, then we can help.

MY MOTTO : I CAN'T HELP CHANGE THE WORLD FOR EVERY CHILD AT ONE TIME BUT I CAN DEFINITELY HELP TO CHANGE THE WORLD FOR ONE CHILD AT A TIME!

Our Mission

Our Primary mission is to help children with development disorders & learning difficulties to get the necessary knowledge & skills in a safe, secure & stimulating environment through education & therapy, so as to enable them to realize their full potential, in order for them to lead fulfilling lives.

Our Secondary mission is to increase public awareness of development disorders & learning difficulties in Japan & to empower, parents & teachers with appropriate knowledge & skills, in dealing with children & adults with special needs.

Our Vision

Central to our philosophy is the belief that everything we do at the CBC should contribute to the development, education & growth of the child so that each child can achieve their full potential.

We believe that high self esteem & self confidence is fundamental to a child's growth and we give every child the opportunity to reach the standards of which we believe they are capable.

The child is given a wide range of opportunities to have as many experiences & challenges as possible in order to provide the foundations of their growth & development.

Academic learning & education is important BUT we believe in creative thinking, problem solving, proper movement and excercise, social behaviour and attitudes, and children who know how to learn in an environment of fun, mutual respect, enthusiasm and commitment.
